Since 1978 I have been involved in the automobile business as a salesman, used car manager and ultimately a general sales manager. I spent many years trying to teach my sales people not to "sell" cars but rather to help folks find something that filled their wants and needs and if possible, help them buy it. In 1996 I decided there was a better way to serve my clientele than working for a franchise store representing one particular brand of automobile, so I opened my first pre-owned dealership in Denver, CO. I quickly outgrew the space I was using and decided to move my inventory to a larger indoor warehouse where it would be more inviting and certainly more comfortable for people to come and browse. I made a decision early on that each vehicle that I make available for sale is a vehicle that I would purchase for myself or I won't make it available for sale to you. Come by and visit my indoor showroom. Each interaction at my store will be with me, the owner, never a commissioned salesperson.
